Notes: What emerged from the iPad that was more important: Apple A4

Arguably more important than the Apple iPad itself is that Apple is now producing their own processors. From their April acquisition of P.A. Semi, a fabless semiconductor company, they developed a custom ARM-based processor, the Apple A4, to power the iPad. Expect to see this in other Apple products. It’s huge. Analysis later.
